Amazing experience. Friendly staff. Very efficient with a check time that’s 60 seconds. Adequately furnished room making one feel at home. Keep up the good job!!!!

My visits to Nakuru have become something I look forward to partly because of Sandalwood. The rooms are something to behold while the service is impeccable. Located in a serene environment with easy access from the CBD it’s a place I highly recommend for anyone visiting Nakuru.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Good and clean rooms. Kudos to Chebet the receptionist who checked me in and availed herself during my stay. I’ll also give credit to the chef. I will definitely be a return client.

I just recently stayed in Sandalwood suites for 3 days , it was wonderful, the minute you arrive they make you feel at home , Chebet is a great worker and makes you feel at home ,there for anything you need , security guard is great and always there to have a chat , Jack the chef not only cooks lovely dinners but also the breakfast is one of best I have had ,he’s always there to help, , great person and worker , Josephine the manager is wonderful,had a chat with her a couple of times over a few questions we had and she helped with everything, I would highly recommend anybody to stay ere if they are in nakuru, the rooms are like studios ,big and spacious,very clean and comfortable, definitely the place to stay in nakuru,thanks for everything

The Airbnb is great. The rooms are quite spacious and ambient. Customer service is above board though with a few delays. Security is perfect, ample parking in the hotel and at the gate.
The environment is silent, has great views of Nakuru town and MKU campus.
Their food is on order but great and sumptuous.

Passable..

Rooms.. Tastefully furnished. Kitchen well equipped. Disappointed to note that my beddings weren’t changed daily.

Service.. Breakfast abit slow, so I opted out. Reception desk is friendly and helpful, no complaints there.

Location.. Quiet. Serene. Walking distance from Westside mall. Compound is secure and safe, with parking.

The rooms were nice however, they had faults and the team on ground couldn’t fix. Showers were dysfunctional and we(a team of 4) had to move rooms at our own expense. The team on ground didn’t pre check the rooms beforehand to prep for any faults that could be or supplies that might have run out(soap, salt, sugar)

Was here for an overnight stay. We were in a one bedroom studio. Very beautiful to say the least. Would recommend it for someone travelling for work for sometime or a staycation even with kids.

Lovely place ,ideal location, security -top notch,their rooms are exactly as they look on the photos.They have such wonderful staff,they were friendly and really helpful.
Their meals -scrumptious, you can also cook your own meals in your room, everything is provided to facilitate that.
Will definitely come back soon.

Good looking and spacious rooms. The staff are also friendly and provide help whenever required.
They need to look into the plumbing of the place though. You might struggle with the bad smell that seeps into the room during your stay

My vacation stay with Sandalwood suites for the past 1 week has been amazing. Very friendly staff (all of them), and in particular Josephine, ready to go beyond her call of duty. Very clean rooms, good ambience, great security, silent place and near Nakuru town. Is good for family and individuals. I will definitely come back.
